His approach to hair care is to match up what your hair does with what you would like your hair to do. Coloring and cutting hair are his passions, and he loves getting to do this for a living. If he isn't at the salon, you can usually find Kevin spending time with family and his dog Wicket.

I am an Ashland native who mistakenly moved across the county in the 1990s, only to be drawn back to our beautiful valley two decades later. My journey was much like the story of the Pioneer Women (except for that meat-eating part). I realized I am no city girl, I needed the great outdoors and peaceful vibration of Ashland to thrive. I enjoy being with nature and spending time with other artists, musicians, and creative weirdos like myself. Most of all, I get a kick out of making you feel beautiful, guiding you toward the perfect style and color so you can go out in the world and shine.

I love hair. I love talking about it, watching it move, listening to it's unique way of being and considering not only how I'm transforming it in the moment, but also how it will grow and change. It's been a lifetime inquiry starting when I was 11 years old. Being a hair artist professionally for over 20 years, I've honed my skills and have developed a unique approach to working with hair. Inside-Out Hair Design. Working literally and figuratively from the inside (soul/spirit) to the outside expression of the hair design and also literally from the scalp to the tips of the hair, paying attention to how the hair radiates out, how it dances around the head, how it supports the person. It's a process that takes in account the whole person. My background in art and dance influences how I approach working with the hair. What happens behind the chair is so much more than a haircut or hair color. I have found that using the sessions to help catalyst change inwardly and outwardly (as seen in the hair), brings about deeply transformative experiences for my clients.

Alysha has been an esthetician for 15 years. She loves to help people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. With her knowledge and compassion she addresses each individual’s specific skin concerns and needs. By creating a skin care routine and plan she is able to help each client obtain their ultimate skin care goals.
